The Danforth Scholars Program at Washington University in St. Louis honors the student who embraces high ideals, whose life choices are guided by personal integrity, selflessness, a commitment to community, and a dedication to leadership and academic excellence. Nominations must be made by a school official by October 15, 2008. To be considered for award, a student must return the application, essay, and transcript to the committee by January 15, 2009.
