Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education – Four scholarships are available. The deadline for applying for both the Missouri Teacher Education Scholarship and the Missouri Minority Teaching Scholarship is February 15, 2009. The application for the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship and the Urban Flight and Rural Needs Scholarship is April 15, 2009.
