Uniform Code 2009-2010
Please refer to our new uniform code. Some additions have been made. Please note that you MUST purchase uniform items from our vendors. Grades 6-8 will be able to order a fleece instead of a sweatshirt. The fleece order form may be downloaded. Thanks!Spiritwear
As the school year progresses, the demand for Spirit Wear has slowed down. Due to this, we will have to have a minimum of 12 Hoodies or Sweatshirts ordered (items with screen printing on them) before we can place an order for those items. HOWEVER, you can still order the Jr. High Fleece jackets, student polos, bags, and hats. You can place an order anytime, and they will get processed on the first Friday of the month (early out days). To order Spirit Wear 1)Print out and complete the order form 2)Make Payment to: St AGNES HOME and SCHOOL 3)Return order with payment labeled SPIRIT WEAR to teacher or office at school. Fleece can be ordered by anyone, but are only approved for grades 6-8 to be worn in school. Many parents have purchased them for themselves!
