Scrip at St. Agnes School

Putting your money to work for your school  

 

Our school made over $8,000 last year with Scrip.

Our families earned over $1,400 towards tuition since March 2008.

 

 

What isScrip?

 

Scrip means substitute money.  It is gift certificates and gift cards from national and local retailers.  Scrip participating retailers agree to sell gift cards to our school at a discount.  Families like yours buy the certificates for full face value, we purchase them at the rebated amount, and the difference is revenue.  This is our main fundraising program. The beauty of Scrip is that you put your regular household shopping dollars to work. You earn money not only for our school but also towards your tuition bill without spending a single additional penny.  THERE IS NO SELLING BY OUR CHILDREN. NO GOING DOOR TO DOOR. NO DELIVERIES. Just spend your regular shopping dollars using Scrip at the stores you normally shop with that participate in the Scrip program.  Scrip is available for just about any household purchase including food, clothing, home improvement, entertainment, gasoline and even dining out.  It is an easy way for families to participate in raising money for the school while making purchases they would make anyway.  No giftwrap, candles, or cookie dough sales required.

 

Tuition Credit Details 

 

The scrip rebates your purchases earn will be accumulated for a 12 month Scrip year (March thru February). At the end of that time, that total earned rebate will be split 50/50 between St. Agnes Home and School and your SCS tuition account to be applied FOR THE FOLLOWING SCHOOL YEAR. Home and School will issue payment to the Central Office for tuition credit on your behalf. If you have students at more than one SCS, you must enroll at each school and may order from each. Your rebates will be totaled at Central Office and applied to your total tuition bill.

Ordering Information:

v      You must complete an enrollment form to begin to order Scrip. You specify how to distribute your rebate on this form.  You can turn it in with your first order, or at any time.

v      Your rebate credit can go towards your tuition, towards another family's tuition, to the St. Agnes Tuition Assistance fund, or to St. Agnes Home and School.

v      You can order online anytime at ShopwithScrip.com.

v      Orders will be placed EVERY Monday morning at 8:30 a.m. during the school year. Orders received after that time will be placed the following week.  Some schedule changes may be made for Holidays or vacation days.

v      Orders will be ready for pick up Thursday from 2:45 - 3:30 p.m. or Friday morning from 7:30 - 8:15 a.m.  Orders can also be sent home with your child on Thursday.

v      We will only be able to accept checks (made payable to St. Agnes Home and School), or PrestoPay through ShopWithScrip.   NO CASH please.
